Big time!

The only one who can get Mac to keep a bib on is Tucker. And he loves helping feed him. For about 2 bites. Then he's out.

Mac's Life

at 10 months.

Sweet baby Mac loves playing with Tuck and terrorizing Jackson (just when Jackson thought he could relax again because Tucker stopped bugging him.)

Baby Mac knows how to throw a tantrum. This is foreign territory as Tucker never threw tantrums. Ever. Mac has definite opinions about things. For a couple months he has refused to pick up his own food (in this particular tantrum I documented.) He has now decided to shovel his own food in his mouth, but not on this day. He cries.
He throws his body around.
He flips his head to the side.
But then he recovers...

More playing with Bro.

Mac loves to bug Tucker. He is always pushing him and pulling his hair and yelling at him. It's hilarious.

Love these boys.

Tucker's Life

It's Pumpkin Patch time again and Tucker's class got to go on Wednesday to pick out their pumpkins, read stories and have a scavenger hunt. He continues to LOVE school.

A little reading time with Mimi.

These are clearly out of order... back to the Pumpkin Patch.

And in other Tucker news, the Raptors continue to dominate every opponent. We joined the right team to get in on the winning :) Last week was their first real competition and they ended up winning by many goals... some teams haven't gotten to score at all. Tucker continues to run around and have fun and barely touch the ball. Luckily the other five take care of business. Last week we played against the Sports Guy in Jacksonville's son and he talked about the game on his morning radio show this week. One of our mom's happened to be listening and was close to the studio so she went in and they trash talked each other for a few minutes. Really funny that the 4 year old soccer game got some press!

The Raptors!

Watching Tucker play soccer is hilarious... his team is AWESOME. They all played a little last year and they can run circles around 97% of all 4 year olds. Tucker DOES NOT CARE about running or scoring a goal -- he loves it but he just does his own thing out there.

Random fun...

Pre-K 4

These are in the wrong order, but we will go with it.
This is Ms. Patti -- we're very excited for a great year! There are 10 boys and 4 girls in the class. I would be nervous about that except most of the 10 boys I know from last year and they are a REALLY sweet bunch.

This is how Tuck woke up this morning (and every morning.) He generally has epic "bed head" every single morning! It would be hard to express his genuine excitement leading up to going to school today - he loves it. And when I picked him up at 1, he whined that he didn't want to leave. He wanted to sleep in his classroom until everyone comes back tomorrow.

Our last day of summer...

Tucker conducting business.

August 24th was our last day of summer. We had a FUN day. Tucker set up an airplane trip - each of his stuffed animals got a seat (pillow) and he wanted Mac to ride, too. Of course, Mac was thrilled to be included in anything Tucker is doing!

Steering the plane with a few of his favorites (bear, George, Big Bird) on his lap.

He decided he needed a co-pilot.

After nap time we went down to Ponte Vedra with Mimi for some swimming time!

Their first bath together.

A few everyday happenings.

Sweet snuggle time.
Above: The only way to keep Mac contained these days. "Baby Jail"
Not to worry -- He loves it.
Below: Just another Tucker bed head moment.

August is coming to a close. We have had a great summer, but we are ALL looking forward to school starting on Tuesday. Tucker thrives at school and loves the structure that it provides. Everyday this summer he woke up and asked "What is the schedule today?" And for the last month he has asked "Is it August 25th yet?" This week we went to visit his new teacher, Ms. Patti. She is phenomenal and he is in a really fun room. It should be another great year at SUMP! Can't wait.
I'm looking forward to some one-on-one time with this sweet boy. Mandy, if you see this - look how precious these pajamas are! We LOVE them. Thanks to the Bookers :)

Kick!
